At Haus of Deeran, every piece is crafted in small, intentional batches—ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, minimal waste, and timeless design. Because of this, all returns are subject to strict guidelines to uphold the integrity of our process.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging intact.
📌 To be eligible for a return:
✔ The item must be in unworn, unused, and resellable condition with original packaging.
✔ The iconic Haus of Deeran Black Box must be in its original condition, free from damage, stains, or excessive wear.
✔ All protective materials, dust bags, and authentication cards must be included.
✔ Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and shipped back within 3 days of approval.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items:

Bespoke or personalized items (customized pieces cannot be returned).

Items purchased through final sale or special limited releases (if applicable).

Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing packaging, including the black box.
Restocking Fee & Refund Options
Due to the limited nature of our pieces, all returns are subject to a restocking fee if a cash refund is requested.
✔ 100% store credit – No restocking fee, full amount credited for a future purchase.
✔ Cash refund – Subject to a 15% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different style, size, or color:
✔ The returned item must meet our return eligibility guidelines.
✔ Customers are responsible for shipping costs on exchanges.
✔ If the requested item is unavailable, store credit or a refund (minus restocking fee) will be offered.
How to Request a Return or Exchange

2️⃣ Once approved, you will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions.
3️⃣ Ship the item using a fully tracked service within 3 days of approval.
4️⃣ Upon receipt, your return will be inspected within 3-5 business days.
📌 Refunds (minus restocking fee) or store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days after approval.

Each Haus of Deeran piece is produced in strictly limited quantities, and returns impact our ability to sustain mindful production. To ensure that every item finds a home, returned items that meet our standards will be offered to our Guest List waitlist.
📌 Haus Guests have priority access to rehomed pieces, ensuring minimal waste and intentional ownership.
